SPHERE in Action

SPHERE in Action members will coordinate volunteers for multiple SPHERE events as well as providing an opportunity to engage with other community organizations as a means of fostering community involvement.   Beginning in 2025, we are asking all members and volunteers to commit to five hours of volunteer time – whether for a SPHERE event or a community partner.

Members who are interested in leadership roles within this group will meet to discuss possible ideas for community involvement and will work with Arlene and Judy to help recruit members and other SPHERE volunteers for three or four events per year supporting other local non-profit organizations and SPHERE events, including Fall in Love with Ridgefield, the Holiday Stroll, and the Spring Stroll.  Members who serve in a leadership role are also required to commit to five hours of service time.

SPHERE in Action is a service group.  This group will NOT be planning social events for members.  We will be planning and coordinating volunteers as a means of service to SPHERE and the local community.

Date: Meetings will be held once a month, alternating days and times
Run by Arlene Litt and Judy McCormick
